If you do not agree to all of the terms, you must exit our website immediately.

3.1 CURRENCY AND PRICING: All prices displayed on our website are denominated in

3.2 ORDER CANCELLATIONS & LIMITATIONS: We reserve the right to refuse, limit,
or cancel any order placed on our storefront. We may reject an order due to:
- Typographical errors or catalog inaccuracies in pricing or stock levels.
- Suspicion of unauthorized credit card usage or potential transaction fraud.
- Delivery addresses located outside of our domestic transport zone (non-US).

D. SUSPICIOUS TRANSACTIONS: Placing orders using fake credit cards, false billing
information, or stolen account credentials.
Violations of this Division will result in immediate termination of account access
and may be reported directly to law enforcement in Los Angeles County, California.

the user to the Company for the specific transaction under dispute.

- EXCLUSIVE VENUE: Any formal legal actions, lawsuits, or arbitration proceedings
must be filed and adjudicated exclusively in the state or federal courts situated
within Los Angeles County, California.
- NO CLASS ACTIONS: You agree that all disputes must be resolved on an individual
basis. You wave any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
