- Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for processing during high-volume
promotional events or holiday seasons.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may enter the fulfillment pipeline on the
following business day.

your delivery address.
4.3 P.O. BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES: Shipments destined for standard P.O. Boxes
or APO/FPO/DPO addresses are routed exclusively via USPS. Expedited or Express
shipping options are unavailable for these addresses due to carrier restrictions.

order. Our fulfillment stream operates quickly. If you detect a mistake in
your address:

- Address corrections cannot be applied once your order has been packaged and
handed over to the carrier.
- Ultimate Water Creations Inc accepts no financial liability for lost, delayed,
or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect address inputs provided
by the customer.

6.1 IN-TRANSIT DAMAGES (48-HOUR CLAIM WINDOW):
If your package arrives damaged, broken, or compromised:
1. Document the damage immediately by taking clear photos of the products
and all exterior and interior packaging materials.
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wolocastel.com with your
order number and the photographs.
3. Keep all packaging and damaged items until your claim is approved.
Disposing of packaging materials before approval may void your claim.
6.2 COURIER DISCREPANCIES (DELIVERED BUT MISSING):
If tracking logs indicate your package has been "delivered" but you cannot
locate it:
- Search around your property, including all entry points, porches, garages,
mailrooms, or lockers.
- Check with neighbors, family members, or building managers.
- Allow 24 hours to pass, as carriers sometimes mark items as delivered
prematurely.
- If the parcel is still missing after 7 calendar days, contact us to initiate
a formal carrier investigation.
