  VALVE 1.0: THE 30-DAY RETROACTIVE WINDOW

  To qualify for a return or refund adjustment, your request must be initiated 
  within exactly 30 calendar days from the date of package delivery (as confirmed 
  by the carrier tracking database). Return requests submitted after this 30-day 
  limit will be automatically locked and ineligible for processing.

  VALVE 2.0: MATERIAL RECOVERY ELIGIBILITY CHECK

  All returned merchandise must pass a physical quality inspection at our operations 
  center. To qualify for a refund, products must meet these requirements:
    • UNUSED: Completely unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and free of signs of wear.
    • ORIGINAL PACKAGING: Packed securely in all original, undamaged product packaging.
    • COMPLETE: All components, accessories, instructions, and tags must be included.
    • PROOF OF PURCHASE: Accompanied by a valid order confirmation number, 
      sales invoice, or purchase receipt.

  VALVE 3.0: NON-RETURNABLE ASSETS (EXCLUSION BOARD)

  The following product categories are permanently excluded from the return conduit:
    * Personalized, custom-designed, or custom-configured items.
    * Digital software files, downloadable products, gift cards, and store credits.
    * Promotional clearance items or merchandise labeled "Final Sale".
    * Any products showing physical damage caused by user error or misuse.

  VALVE 4.0: THE CANCELLATION DRAIN (24-HOUR CLAUSE)

  - CANCELLATION REQUESTS: You may cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours 
    of order placement, provided it has not yet entered our fulfillment queue.
  - POST-SHIPMENT: If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You 
    must receive the shipment and then initiate a standard return under the rules 
    of this conduit.

  Who is financially responsible for return shipping costs depends on the reason 
  for the return:

  * Note: Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable except in 
    cases of our fulfillment error. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping 
    service for your return, as we accept no liability for items lost in transit 
    back to our warehouse.

  VALVE 6.0: PIPELINE INTAKE (THE 5-STEP PROCESSING FLOW)

  STEP 1: SUBMIT REQUEST
  Send an email to info@wolocastel.com or call (310) 446-1614. Include your order 
  number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

  STEP 2: RECEIVE RMA
  Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we will 
  issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
  [!] WARNING: Do not ship items back without an RMA number. Authorized parcels 
      will be rejected at our facility.

  STEP 3: SHIP BACK
  Pack your items securely. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the 
  shipping box and dispatch the parcel.

  STEP 4: PHYSICAL INSPECTION (3 to 5 business days)
  Once received, our QC team will inspect the item within 3 to 5 business days. 
  We will email you to confirm whether your return has been approved or rejected.

  STEP 5: FINANCIAL DISBURSEMENT (5 to 10 business days)
  If approved, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5 
  to 10 business days. Please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for your 
  bank or card issuer to post the refund.

  VALVE 7.0: IN-TRANSIT DAMAGES, DEFECTS & CORRUPTIONS (48-HOUR NOTICE)

  If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
    1. Report it within 48 hours of delivery. Email info@wolocastel.com 
       or call (310) 446-1614.
    2. Provide your order number and clear digital photographs showing the damaged 
       products and shipping container.
    3. Upon verification, we will issue a prepaid return label and ship out a 
       complimentary replacement product or process a full refund.
